Jamison Added to Board of Counselors
Judge Jamison comes to Capital University Law School's Board of Counselors which is a diverse group of alumni and non-alumni representatives invited by the Dean.
She attended her first meeting on September 11, 2019 which ironically is the 18th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and her first semester at Capital.
Jamison reflected, "I can still remember going to BankOne, which is now Chase, and seeing it on TV. I think everyone remembers where they were when the Trade Center towers were struck. It was unexpected that I would be in the same place I was when it happened, at Capital."
The Board of Counselors's mission is to serve in an advisory capacity to the dean, as a connection to the community, and as an advocate for the school and its students. The Board will participate in an advisory capacity for the most critical search for a President and Dean in the coming year.
